I was browsing the net to get more information for my compensation management assignment.I need to know more about internal alignment of an organization related to employees compensation thingy.Than,accidentally..I found this piece or article which I think is quite useful for our own personal alignment. So,now I realize that not only organization, cars or machines need alignment, we do need alignment in life.....enjoy reading it :)
Life alignment is a topic rarely mentioned and pursued, but often indirectly talked about. For example the person who hates their job. They are obviously out of sync and sorts with themselves because professional they are misplaced according to their core values and primary purpose. Another common example is the person presently dating someone they "just aren't into" all that much. Yet like the dissatisfied employee, they continue in the dull meaningless relationship for whatever reason.
Not everybody is willing to be brutally honest with themselves and make the hard decisions. Many prefer convenience over a challenge. That is to say the majority of society prefer to play it safe rather than to take risks and live their dreams. Taking risks means you might fail and incur some embarrassment. Not everyone is internally secure enough in themselves to endure some ridicule, laughter, and rejection from others.
Those of us however who are strong enough to make the hard decisions, take risks, and endure the comments and criticisms of others - we shall be more apt to wholeheartedly pursue our primary purpose, live our dreams, and find personal fulfillment.
They key is life alignment. Here are some critical steps to becoming rightly aligned in your life.
1.If you don't feel it flee it. You must live with passion, without which you will never be successful. Any relationship or work your heart is not in, you don't need to be in.
2. Listen to your heart and gut within rather than what the media, society, and friends & family are telling you. Trust your instincts and inner impressions.
3. List your core values in order of importance pertaining to what is most important to you in life. For me my core values are as follows: 1.love; 2.health; 3.joy & laughter; 4.personal growth; 5.spirituality; 6.challenge & adventure; 7.wealth; 8.contribution; 9.legacy; 10.fulfillment
As you begin listing your core values in order of importance, you will feel internal shifts and realignment occurring as you discover what values are of the utmost priority to you.
4. Once you discover your core values, hold to them without wavering. Don't settle and compromise along the way in life when difficulties and challenges arise. Stay focused when assessing future relationships and employment to always see if such fits within your life plan based on your core values. Certainly relationally a person does not need to have the same core values as you. They must however support you in living your dreams and somehow facilitate you being fulfilled in these core values.
5. Set your intention to live according to your core values, wholeheartedly believing that when you dare to live your dreams the Creator of the universe will conspire to give you what you want. Expect sweet serendipity to kick in, cause divine interventions, and orchestrate dream fulfillment for you.
Be aligned with your true inner person to happily live your primary purpose. Now arise, throw caution to the wind, and be bold to live your dreams!
Isn't it refreshing? Well,I think the bottom line is we need to have passion in whatever we do in our life.Life is too short to be wasted.....cheers...

I was in my class, wondering when would be the break time coz the lecturer is kind of bored.than, there was a sms from paul, asking me whether ok to catch a film after class and wot time was my flight the next day.without hesitation,i replied 'ok' to him.so,i was waiting for the class to dismiss on time.however,aarrghh...he drag a bit...therefore,that nite we went to 1 utama as paul had arranged wit his frens to meet there.we reached there around 9.30pm and the film (incredible hulk) supposed to start at 9.40pm.his frens were not there yet and i thought we couldn't make it coz the cinema was quite crowded.than, his frens turned up and ask us to meet them at the gold class counter.i was kind of surprised coz i didn't know that v were watching gold class.ya lah..i am kind of 'jungle'...but is quite costly RM40/person so it will be RM80 for both of us.so,i think v got no choice at that moment coz his frens, ben&janice had oriedi booked and made payment online (hmmm...no wonder they came so late).so, v thought ..juz pamper ourself tis time.I would said that the seat was huge with leg rest and of course, there would be waiters serving our drink and snacks.they even had blanket for rent at RM5.
anyhow,it was a new experienced and guess wot,ben treat us as his birthday celebration.hmmm..i dun mind to watch gold class again if they is someone willing to pay...hehehe...:)

Mid Valley Megamall

Sunway Pyramid

Sungei Wang
hey...guess wot i did for the past 3days, i had been visiting few shopping malls in PJ and KL.the first day, i went to midvalley megamall wit bf ...to catch a film there.v r quite out of date recently,v watched indiana jones.it was a ok film, but the bottom line was v can spend some time together. v had been busy working and no chance to visit the cinema for the past one month.my bf,paul luv movie...he said is one of the way he can release his stress from work.than, later v went to the Macintosh shop to check out accessories for his new toy-iphone.kind of hapi for him coz he had been waiting to own one since it came out.although,it was a brief date, v certainly had a gud time :)
the next day,my youngest bro,ray...called me and said that he wanted to come over.so, v went to sunway pyramid to have Carls Jr burger..yummylicious....it was ray first time, tasting the juicy burger..he luv it.than, we took a stroll at the new and old wing, and decided to have baskin robin ice-cream :)
he stayed over, and v dun know wot to do when v woke up frm sleep the next day,so i suggested to go to sg.wang or known as 'river of gold'...tis place is vy popular wit youngsters and u can see a lot of them donning the latest trends clothing with vibrant color such as pink, green, yellow.is gud to drop by there once in a while as it is a refreshing from others shopping mall...:)

tis morning or noon, after my wake up call which is a cup of nescafe classic coffee,i decided to browse through yesterday paper and takes my days slowly.it had been a hectic week for me,and really look forward for these days off.shame to say that, i didn't read newspaper for the past few days...so i told myself better update a bit la.i was surprised when i came across so many article about 'inflation','erosion in market', 'drastic change of lifestyle' and etc....it seem like malaysians had start to feel the pinch of this unfavor economic situation...especially since the petrol price hike to RM2.7/litre.i really wonder how a family with kids survive with RM3000 income per month,it's really tough.
i was talking to my colleagues yesterday, complaining that everything is so expensive nowadays.he was saying that when he was a schoolboy,he just hope to earn RM3k per month, as he thought with that amount of money he can have a comfortable life.of course,he earn many times more than RM3k now,he was thankful than he was one of the lucky bunch of people :)
for myself personally, lifestyle is not really 180 degree rotated,me too...considered the lucky group of people although i earn much more less than my colik.anyhow,if the inflation continue to rise,i dunno how long i can pull through...so, i guess better be more conscious with spending nowadays....and dun get myself into any credit card debts...

It was a sunny breezy morning at Sultan Mahmud airport, Kuala Terengganu.Aircraft arrived ontime and I gave clearance to ground staff to board asap so that we could catch up with the time. As I was posing at the entrance to welcome guests...puting on a fake smile and greet them ' Good morning, Welcome aboard'...imagined there were 170 guests and i need to say tis at least 100times.so,there was tis man, quite huge with grey hair...i think he is a chinese...i greeted him 'Good morning,sir'...quite loud and clear. And he looked and me and replied ' Whaat is so good about the morning' with his sour face.he was one of the guests who stranded at the airport last nite due to aircraft technical problem last nite.they had to wait till tis morning, to fly to KL.so, he was one of the unlucky soul who had no choice but to stay overniteat a cheapskate hotel ( i think).
as my patience level is quite high, i won't ' cari pasal ' with tis kind of people. so,juz let him be..anyway,is only a 50min flight..so ,i dun think...he can do much.therefore, we reach KL and upon disembarkation..he said to me 'indeed it was a good day'..with his unsincere smile.i got shocked at first coz how come a person change so fast. i thought it only happen to woman, but man also...have mood swing.hmmm...well, i do hope he have a gud day from then...:)

wow..time flies.it had been almost 2 weeks since i posted my last post.hmm..let me capture, wot had i done for the past 2 weeks.all i remembered was,i was so busy wit work.it was tiring.yesterday was a stressful day, passenger vommited on board,it was a mess...3seats had to be blocked and later got to clean it up coz it was full load.those who seated there, was too bad la.on top of that, had safety examiner checked and observed flight,so must make sure everything was tip-top and according to procedures.i was juz thankful as by the end of the day his report abt my flight was not that bad.cukup makan....and guess wot,i slept at 9pm till 9am.today flight was ok and there was tis aunty who was wheelchaired bound, she could not bend her leg,so the ground staff need to carry her with the wheelchair up and down the step.it was pitiful to see her and i am thankful to those who help her.sometimes when i see all this senior citizen,i will wonder, how would i be when i grow old.i hope i can age gracefully and enjoy the golden age... :)
